Terms of service
Last updated 24 September 2026. These terms govern use of BlazeCAD, operated by Spark IT Ltd.
The service
BlazeCAD provides tools for creating, storing, previewing and exporting CAD models from structured CadSpec descriptions, including workflows driven by compatible AI assistants. Early-access features may change.
Your account and content
You are responsible for activity through your account and for keeping access secure. You must have the rights needed for content you submit. You retain your rights in project content and grant BlazeCAD the permission needed to process, store, transform and transmit it to provide the service.
CAD output and safety
Generated CAD is not guaranteed to be safe, structurally suitable, dimensionally correct, manufacturable, compliant with any standard, or fit for a particular engineering or manufacturing purpose. Geometry, previews, dimensions and generated files can contain errors. BlazeCAD is not a substitute for competent engineering review, certification, inspection or safety testing. You are responsible for checking dimensions, tolerances, materials, loads, manufacturing constraints, regulatory requirements and fitness for purpose before making or relying on a part.
Acceptable use
Do not use BlazeCAD unlawfully; attempt to access another user's account or data; bypass security, payment or entitlement controls; deliberately disrupt the service; upload malicious material; or submit content you do not have the right to use.
Export credits and payments
New accounts may receive trial export credits. Additional export credits are one-off purchases, not subscriptions, and do not renew automatically. One credit unlocks the included manufacturing-format downloads for one revision; re-downloading an already unlocked revision does not consume another credit. Prices and applicable taxes are shown before payment. Stripe handles checkout and payment processing.
See the pricing information and refund and cancellation policy.
Availability
We aim to operate BlazeCAD reliably but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free availability. Early-access functionality may be changed, suspended or withdrawn.
Liability and statutory rights
To the extent permitted by law, BlazeCAD is not responsible for losses caused by relying on unverified CAD output or using output outside its intended purpose. Nothing in these terms excludes liability or consumer rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.
