Account and data deletion

Self-service deletion is not yet available. To request deletion of your BlazeCAD account and associated project data, email support from the email address associated with your account where possible. We may ask you to verify control of the account before deleting data.

Some limited payment, accounting, security or dispute records may need to be retained after account deletion where required by law or where there is another lawful reason to keep them. See the privacy policy for the initial retention policy.
